Thomas Cook: Travel Policy for Passengers with Chickenpox to Europe

Infants and children under the age of 12 years suspected as having chickenpox will not be accepted on our flight within the infectious period. Infants and young children who are suspected as having chickenpox within 21 days of departure flight date may be accepted on board after consultation with medical expert and provided they are well and have no fever or other symptoms in the 48 hours prior to the flight. These passengers must be seated separately from other passengers, including parents, and the captain must be notified. Adults (12 years plus) with chickenpox on the departure date or suspected as having chickenpox within 21 days of the departure flight date will not be accepted for travel.
