How to Get Mr. Yuk Stickers
The Pittsburgh Poison Center created the "Mr. Yuk" sticker in 1971 as a warning to people about toxic household items. Another purpose of Mr. Yuk was to help people learn about poison prevention and available telephone assistance from poison control centers. The Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh now owns the rights to the Mr. Yuk icon. By placing Mr. Yuk stickers on toxic substances in the home, children can learn not to touch poisonous substances, and adults have a toll-free telephone number to call for poison information.Things You'll Need
