Medical Personnel & Chaplains: Use of Force & International Law

Medical personnel and chaplains should never resort to aggressive action or the use of force, except in self-defense or to protect the lives of others. They are bound by the Geneva Conventions and other international humanitarian laws, which prohibit such actions.
