Block Internet gambling sites. Many programs exist specifically to filter out online casinos. Install one on your computer. Give the password to a trusted loved one. You will not be able to access any online gambling sites.
Relinquish control of common finances. If you share a bank account with a partner, he or she should be in charge of it. You cannot be trusted to handle common finances until you are better.
