Scoring Instructions:1. Each item is rated on a 4-point scale:

1 = Rarely

3 = Frequently
2. The total score is the sum of the scores for all 24 items.
3. The total score can range from 0 to 72.
4. A higher score indicates more severe social anxiety.
5. A score of 40 or above suggests the presence of a social anxiety disorder.
