How do you cancel a care credit plus policy?

To cancel your policy:

1. Call the CareCredit Customer Service line at 1-800-859-9975

2. Provide your account number and contact information

3. The customer service representative will process your request and mail you a confirmation letter.

Once your cancellation is processed, you will no longer be charged for CareCredit Plus.
