Medicare Part B Premium Payment Options & Instructions
If your Medicare Part B premiums are not already deducted from your monthly benefit check, you will have to arrange to make the payment yourself. Payments can be made by check, money order, credit card, or by arranging for automatic funds transfer.Things You'll Need

Instructions
Check your monthly account statement if you receive benefits from the Social Security Administration, Railroad Retirement Board, or civil service office. Your Part B premiums should already have been deducted. If you don't receive any of those three benefit payments, you will have to arrange to pay the premiums yourself.
Obtain your premium amount from your monthly billing notice (form CMS-500). Using the self-addressed envelope, mail your payment, using a check, money order, or by supplying credit-card information. Address is:
