Manage Your Walmart Pharmacy Account: Deactivation & Options

Walmart features an online pharmacy for patients, caregivers, parents and others who need prescriptions refilled daily, who request to transfer prescriptions to the nearest Walmart, or who have the prescriptions sent to their homes. It is convenient for people to order and manage prescriptions online. Each online pharmacy account offers a prescription history, Easy Pay features and automatic refills. When people with online pharmacy accounts do not need prescription refills or prefer to use a different pharmacy, they have the option to delete their account with a few steps online.

  Go to Walmart's online pharmacy website (see Resources). In the Refill box on the right side, sign into your online pharmacy account using your email address and password.

  On the top menu, click "My Profile." Click "Edit" under the "Suspend Pharmacy Account Online."

  Click "Yes, suspend my account" to delete your online pharmacy account.

  Sign out of your online pharmacy account for security protection. You will receive an email confirmation regarding the deletion of your online pharmacy account.
