- 2–12 months: 0.2–0.4 mg/dL (18–35 μmol/L)
- 1–3 years: 0.3–0.5 mg/dL (27–44 μmol/L)
- 4–6 years: 0.4–0.6 mg/dL (35–53 μmol/L)
- 7–9 years: 0.5–0.7 mg/dL (44–62 μmol/L)
