Girls' Growth & Height: Understanding Puberty and Adult Height
Girls' growth and development vary, and there's no specific age at which all girls stop growing. Typically, girls reach their peak growth velocity during puberty, which usually happens between the ages of 10 and 14. They may continue to grow at a slower pace for a few years after that.
On average, girls reach their adult height by the time they are 16 years old. However, some girls may continue to grow until they are 18 years old or even slightly beyond. It's important to remember that growth patterns differ among individuals and that these are general guidelines.
