Why do boys get foreskin?

The presence or absence of a foreskin in males is not a matter of choice, but rather a naturally occurring physical trait. Males can be born with either a foreskin or not based on their genetic makeup and developmental processes during gestation. It is not something that boys acquire or decide to get.
