It is not possible to give birth without a cervix. The cervix is an essential part of the female reproductive system and plays a crucial role during childbirth. The baby passes through the cervix during the process of birth, and its dilation (widening) allows the baby to move from the uterus into the vagina. Without a cervix, the baby would have no way to exit the uterus.
