The belly button can move during pregnancy.
During pregnancy, the uterus expands and pushes the abdominal contents forward, causing the belly button to protrude. In most cases, the belly button will return to its original position after childbirth. However, in some cases, the belly button may remain protruded, a condition known as umbilical hernia.
