Early Pregnancy Signs: What to Look For Before Your Period
It's not possible to know if you're pregnant just from the fact that your period is coming soon. Early signs of pregnancy can include:
1. Feeling tired or fatigued.
2. Food aversions or cravings.
3. Nausea or vomiting (often called "morning sickness," but can happen at any time of day).
4. Frequent urination.
5. A swollen or tender belly.
6. Increased thirst or hunger.
7. Weight gain.
If you experience any of these symptoms, take a home pregnancy test or see your doctor to confirm if you're pregnant.
Keep in mind that some women experience these symptoms even when they're not pregnant (for example, during PMS), and some women don't experience any symptoms at all during early pregnancy. Everyone is different! If you're not sure whether or not you're pregnant, it's always a good idea to talk to your doctor.
