Childbirth: How a Baby is Born - The Birth Canal Explained
During childbirth, the baby passes out of the mother's body through the vagina. The vagina is a muscular tube that connects the uterus to the outside of the body. During labor, the muscles of the uterus contract and push the baby down the birth canal. The baby's head is the first part to emerge, followed by the shoulders and the rest of the body. The baby is then delivered into the mother's arms.Pregnancy & Health - Related Articles
