Early Pregnancy Symptoms: What to Expect & When to Notice Them
Symptoms of pregnancy vary from person to person and many women do not experience any symptoms during the first trimester.
However, some of the most common early symptoms of pregnancy include:
- Missed period
- Light spotting or bleeding
- Breast tenderness
- Swollen breasts
- Fatigue
- Nausea
- Food aversions
- Mood changes
- Increased urination
Most women begin to experience symptoms of pregnancy around 4-6 weeks of gestation, however some women may experience symptoms as early as 1-2 weeks.
It is important to note that not all women will experience all of these symptoms and some women may not experience any symptoms at all. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms and you are concerned that you may be pregnant, it is important to see a doctor to confirm your pregnancy and discuss any concerns you have.
