Pregnancy After Your Period: Chances and What to Do
It's possible, but unlikely, to get pregnant 18 days after your period if you have a regular 28-day menstrual cycle.
Ovulation usually occurs about 14 days before the start of your next period. If you had unprotected sex 18 days after your period, it's possible that you were ovulating and could have gotten pregnant.
However, it's also possible that you were not ovulating and did not get pregnant. The best way to know for sure is to take a pregnancy test.
If you're concerned about getting pregnant, you can talk to your doctor about birth control options that may be right for you.
