How long into pregnancy does milk come out?

Breast milk generally does not come out until after childbirth, once the baby is born. The breasts begin to produce milk during pregnancy, but the hormone levels that maintain the pregnancy prevent the milk from leaking or being expressed. After delivery, these hormones drop significantly, allowing the milk to come in and breastfeeding to begin.
