What is the Life expectancy of a mobile home?
The average life expectancy of a manufactured, or "mobile", home, when constructed under federal manufacturing and installation standard requirements (HUD code homes 15 years or newer) and properly maintained, exceeds 35 years for the structure and exterior elements.
