Life Alert is the trademarked name for an emergency response system designed for seniors and adults age 50 and older. The classic system includes a button seniors can wear at all times and press to alert emergency services. Other packages include monitored CO2 and smoke detectors. For the safety of customers, Life Alert requires professionals to install the emergency response system.

Call Life Alert toll free at 800-360-0329. A representative will help you choose the right Life Alert system for your needs. At your request, the representative will also schedule an appointment for a professional to install the system.
Pay the one-time installation charge in addition to regular monthly service fees. Fees vary depending on the system you choose.
Test the Life Alert equipment as soon as it is installed, and once every three months. Follow the directions on your equipment or call 800-360-0329 for testing instructions.
