Predicting Baby Gender: What to Expect at 5 Months (and Earlier!)

It is possible to know the gender of an unborn baby as early as 11 weeks through genetic testing such as a blood test (NIPT) or an ultrasound scan done by a trained professional after 13 weeks gestation (11 + weeks since conception). It is not an exact science to predict the gender using early scans without an actual blood test as some babies genitalia develop slowly for doctors to give an accurate sex.
