Lemonade Diet: A Simple Guide to Detox & Metabolism Boost
Cool and refreshing lemonade. Nothings better to quench your thirst on a hot summer day. Add a little determination and a special recipe and you can melt off a couple extra pounds, as a wonderful side effect to a body detox. That will also help increase your metabolism.Things You'll Need
- 5 Lemons or limes
- 1 ¼ cup organic Maple Syrup grade B
- 1 teaspoon Cheyenne pepper
- 10 cups of water purified or spring water
- A gallon pitcher or jug
Instructions
First for the Lemonade Diet Recipe
Juice your five lemons or your five limes, add the citrus juice to your pitcher. Next add 1 ¼ cup Grade B Maple Syrup, and 1 teaspoon Cheyenne Pepper mix to dissolve pepper. Now add 10 cups of spring water or purified water. And mix.
This is your daily serving of lemonade for you to drink throughout they day and to replace all meals.
When you wake in the morning you will start your day with a salt water flush. This will wake your body up and aid in removing excess water.
2 teaspoons of unionized salt or sea salt
At night before bed you will drink a Herbal Laxative Tea.
1 quart of lukewarm water
You can find this tea at most grocery or discount store centers. It is best to drink this tea just before bed. It will help your body get rid of colon build up.
