Fluidity Bar Setup Guide: Achieve Optimal Workout & Flexibility
Setting up the Fluidity Bar can make the difference between getting a hard and feel-good workout and having the bar collapse on your frame. The Fluidity Bar is used to tone your body and make it more flexible. The bar, which resembles a wall-mounted ballet bar, uses your body weight in any direction to transform your body into a dancer's body, according to the Fluidity website. The Fluidity Bar can help you get a leg-up on the dancing competition.
Instructions
Lay the Fluidity Bar flat with the bar's cushion facing upward.
Pull the Fluidity Bar up, and lock the cushion into the middle bar that runs across the right and left bar.
Place the bar, which runs across the top of the cushion into the holes on the side bars. Adjust the cushion by pulling the blue knob and lifting the cushion along the hole-filled side bar. Push in the blue knob when you have found an appropriate height.
Unroll the bottom mat, which is attached to the cushion, to complete the set up.
