Water Retention & Weight Loss: A Simple Guide
Most women and many men are familiar with the term water retention, which signifies the accumulation of abnormal amounts of water in the belly or skin. One of the main factors that contributes to water retention is a dietary increase in foods high in sodium. Water retention can cause weight gain and discomfort. Shedding this accumulated water is one quick way to lose excess weight and achieve a slimmer look without much exertion or effort.Things You'll Need
