Securely Lock Your Fluidity Bars for Safety and Stability
You can become seriously injured if your Fluidity bars aren't locked properly. For example, your fingers can get pinched in the hinges. You could also take a fall due to an unstable bar collapsing while you're doing some of your favorite exercises. For safe storage, fold up your Fluidity bars after use; correctly locking and unlocking can be a daily habit that you conduct with confidence.
Instructions
Place the unit on the floor so that the legs are flat.
Pull open the leg straps on both sides of the unit.
Pull the main wooden bar upward.
Insert the backboard's lower hinge into the bottom metal crossbar. The hinge should lock without any slack.
Pull on the end caps to extend the two bottom legs.
Untie the mat strap and hold onto it as you gently place the mat on the floor.
Stand in front of the main wooden bar. Pull up on the locking handle on the supporting column bar on the right side of the unit, then twist it to disengage it from the pin holes. Repeat this process for the supporting column bar on the left side of the unit.
Pull up both right and left side supporting column bars high enough so that main wooden bar is at the same height as your hip. Guide the bars height more evenly by locating the numbers on the side columns and verifying that both sides match. Re-lock both right and left supporting column bars into place so that the pin holes and locking handles are securely fastened.
