Evening Eating Cutoff: A Simple Strategy for Weight Loss
If you want to lose weight, one of the best things that you can do for yourself is to set an eating cutoff point. In other words, you need to determine a time after which you will not eat any more food, after you have eaten dinner. Many calories people consume at night are unnecessary and turn out to be empty, especially since at night many people tend to be less physically active than they are during the day. A good cutoff time for those who eat dinner at 5:00 or 5:30 and go to bed around 9:00 at night is 6:00.Things You'll Need
