The amount of energy you get from a piece of fruit depends on how much of it you eat, how ripe it is, and how your body processes it. Generally speaking, a piece of fruit will give you about 100 calories of energy.
But even if you eat the whole fruit, you won't get all of the energy from it. Some of it will still be lost as heat, waste, and stored fat.
So, while eating fruit is a great way to get energy, it's important to remember that you won't get all of the energy from it.
