How to Return a Package to Nutrisystem

Nutrisystem is a weight-loss system designed to help people lose weight by providing counseling and weekly meals. Unopened packages can be returned to Nutrisystem for a refund of exchange. Frozen foods may not be returned. It's important to learn the proper procedure for returning your Nutrisystem package to ensure it's processed in a timely manner.

  Determine when the Nutrisystem package was originally purchased. Returns have to be made within 30 days of receipt.

  Call Nutrisystem customer service at 1-888-849-4686 and speak with a customer-service representative to obtain a Return Authorization number. The Nutrisystem site refers this as an "RMA" number.

  Write the RMA number on the outside of the package with a bold Sharpie marker, so it's clearly visible. Place the packing slip that originally came with your order in the box. Seal the package securely.

  Write Nutrisystem's return address on the front of the package. The return address can be found on the packing slip. It should read "OHL/Nutrisystem Returns Dept. (Your RMA#), 1490 Nitterhouse Drive, Chambersburg, PA 17201."

  Mail the package at your local post office. Please note, shipping charges will not be refunded.
