Mixing Zolpidem with Dairy Products:
- Zolpidem is highly bound to plasma protein.
- Coadministration of zolpidem with milk was reported to slightly decrease zolpidem clearance and slightly prolong its half-life.
- The clinical significance of these effects is unknown; caution is advised when zolpidem is used concomitantly with milk.
