Instructions
Take two Cylaris caplets in the morning with a full glass of water before you eat a meal.
Take two Cylaris caplets with a meal later in the day; again, with a full glass of water. Avoid taking these two caplets less than five hours before bedtime.
Consume a reasonable diet and get regular exercise for eight weeks while taking Cylaris to ensure the best possible results. Avoid snacking after dinnertime as well.
Drink 10, 8-oz. glasses of water per day during your eight-week cycle to avoid dehydration and diarrhea. Cylaris contains caffeine, and excessive caffeine consumption can lead to diarrhea.
