Oral-B UltraFloss: A Guide to Effective Interdental Cleaning
Flossing is an important part of daily oral care. Flossing removes plaque and food particles stuck in the gaps between your teeth. Failure to floss daily causes a buildup of plaque which can lead to tarter.Oral-B Ultra Floss is a floss that comes in 18 inch strands. The floss also changes shape in order to better fit in between teeth. Oral-B Ultra Floss comes in two flavors -- regular and mint.
Instructions
Take a strand of Oral-B Ultra Floss out of the box.
Wrap the majority of the floss around the middle finger of one hand. Wrap the other end of the floss around the middle finger of the other hand.
Alternatively, you can use your index fingers.
Slide the floss in between teeth. Use a zigzag motion as you slide in the floss. Wrap the floss around the tooth, creating a C shape. Move the floss upward, along your gum line and to the top of the tooth.
Unroll a new section of floss from your middle finger and wrap the used section of floss around the other middle finger.
Repeat process until every tooth has been flossed.
