Wisdom Teeth Recovery: When Can You Drink Alcohol?
You must avoid drinking alcohol for at least 24 hours after having your wisdom teeth extracted. Some may even recommend waiting until the surgical area is completely healed to avoid risks. Alcohol consumption can disrupt the healing process by causing the blood vessels in the surgical area to dilate and bleed. It is equally problematic to smoke or use a straw within the first few days of getting your wisdom teeth removed.Root Canals - Related Articles
