Natural Teeth Whitening: A Guide Using White Distilled Vinegar
Want to whiten your teeth without bleach or other harsh chemicals that will erode your enamel. Try using white distilled vinegar to whiten your smile.Things You'll Need
- Mouth Trays or
- Saran Wrap
- Tooth brush
Instructions
First off brush your teeth so that you are starting with a clean surface. You want to whiten your teeth not your leftover plaque from lunch.
If using trays, fill about half of the way with the white distilled vinegar, so that when you put it on it will rise to the surface of the tray and whiten all the way to the tops of your teeth, it may overflow a little. If you don't have trays try saran wrap. You can make a mold of your teeth with it and apply the vinegar. Leave vinegar on for about 5 minutes, remove and brush teeth clean.
If you dont have a tray or any saran wrap, then try brushing teeth with vinegar. I will warn you it doesn't taste the most pleasant but trust me it will work.
