How to Make Guava Mouthwash

- 6 to 10 young tender guava leaves
- 3 cups of water
- Tea strainer
- Boiling pot
Instructions
Pour water into a boiling pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and allow the water to simmer.
Add the guava leaves to the boiling water and allow the mixture to simmer for five to 10 minutes.
Turn off the cooker and allow the mixture to cool. Strain the mixture and allow the resulting liquid to stand until it is has completely cooled.
Use the resulting liquid as mouthwash for strong healthy teeth.
