Repairing Acid-Damaged Teeth: A Comprehensive Guide

- 0.63-percent stannous fluoride rinse
- Distilled water
- Liquid storage container
- 1-oz. measuring cup
Instructions
Pour one part stannous fluoride rinse and eight parts distilled water into a liquid storage container. Screw on the cap.
Shake the container until stannous fluoride rinse and the distilled water have the same consistency.
Pour 1 oz. of fluoride solution into the measuring cup.
Push the fluoride solution around the affected teeth for 30 seconds. Spit out solution.
Gargle with a cup of distilled water for two minutes. Rinse your mouth with two cups of distilled water.
