No, it is not possible to have babies with small pieces of ovaries without function. In order to conceive and carry a pregnancy, a woman needs at least one functioning ovary that is able to produce and release eggs. Without functioning ovaries, it is not possible to produce healthy eggs and therefore, pregnancy cannot occur.
