Trauma Patient Reassessment: Frequency & Guidelines

For an unstable trauma patient, continuous monitoring is recommended by the American Association of Trauma Surgeons. Otherwise, vital signs should be reassessed every 5 minutes initially, then every 15 minutes once stable.
