- Small spiral notebook
- Tylenol
- Ibuprofen
Instructions
Use a small spiral notebook to write down each pain medication that you take, and the time that you take them. This will help reduce possibly overdosing on a drug that you are taking.
Take 1000 mg of Tylenol and record it in your notebook. After six hours you can take another 1000 mg of Tylenol.
After three hours take 800 mg of Ibuprofen and record it in your notebook. After six hours you can take another 800 mg of Ibuprofen.
Every six hours you will be taking 1000 mg of Tylenol. After waiting the initial three hours, you will also be taking 800 mg of Ibuprofen every six hours. Each dose of Ibuprofen should be three hours after the last dose of Tylenol.
