Zeno Device: Resetting and Maintaining Your Acne Treatment

The Zeno fights pimples by attacking blemishes with heat. Each heat cycle lasts exactly two and a half minutes. During this time, the Zeno medical device shortens the pimple's life cycle by outputting the correct amount of energy to eliminate each pimple. To prevent overuse and scarring, the Zeno will work only for the length of the cycle. After which, you must wait for the next cycle or reset the Zeno.

  Gently remove the top cover from the Zeno device.

  Press the "Power" button located on the front side of the Zeno after it has turned off and cooled down.

  Wait until the "Treatment Activation" button has turned from amber to flashing green.

• 4

  Click the "Treatment Activation" button located to the right of the power button. The "Treatment Activation" button will turn from a flashing green to a continuous green button and produce five ascending tones, letting you know the device has been reset.
