What if victim is partially breathing?
1. Remain calm and stay focused
2. Check and support breathing
- Loosen clothing around airways
- Support open airway
- Give rescue breaths, if needed and safe for rescuer
3. Control bleeding
- Apply direct pressure, elevation, pressure points
4. Manage Shock
- Elevate legs except if head, back, leg injuries
- Cover them to maintain body heat.
