How to Use Corona Lanolin Ointment for Babies
Corona is a company that manufactures lanolin ointments commonly used to treat wounds on horses. This is an ointment derived from sheep's wool, so it is harmless, as long as it isn't ingested. It is also effective in treating diaper rashes in human babies. And because it is inexpensive, it is a good alternative to other ointments. The procedure to use it is similar to how you would use any commercial diaper-rash treatment.
Instructions
Remove your baby's diaper and clean the diaper area thoroughly with baby wipes.
Place a dollop of Corona lanolin ointment in the palm of your hand. Rub your palms together to coat your hands with the ointment.
Apply the ointment to the rash area using your open hands. Be mindful to massage the ointment completely into the skin.
Replace your baby's diaper.
Repeat until the rash has healed.
