- 1 oz. lady's mantle
- 1 oz. st. john's wort
- 1 oz. chamomile
- 1 oz. lemon-balm
- 4 oz. licorice root

Instructions
You will first combine all herbs together to make a herbal tea blend.
Next you will take 1 tbsp. of herbal tea blend and pour 1 cup of boiling water over it.
Let the tea seep for at least five minutes and strain.
Drink three cups daily.
