Enlarged Lymph Node & Tingling: Causes, Symptoms & When to See a Doctor
If you have an enlarged lymph node and a tingling sensation down the left side of your body, it is important to see a doctor for evaluation.
The enlarged lymph node may be a sign of an infection, inflammation, or other medical condition. The tingling sensation may be a symptom of a nerve problem, such as a pinched nerve or a spinal cord injury.
Your doctor will perform a physical examination and may order tests, such as blood tests, imaging studies, or a nerve conduction study, to determine the cause of your symptoms.
Treatment will depend on the underlying medical condition. In some cases, no treatment may be necessary. In other cases, treatment may include antibiotics, pain relievers, physical therapy, or surgery.
It is important to see a doctor if you have any concerns about your health. Do not ignore any new or unexplained symptoms.
