Can you walk with a broken neck?

It is not possible to walk with a broken neck. A broken neck, or cervical fracture, is a serious injury that can cause damage to the spinal cord and lead to paralysis. The vertebrae in the neck are responsible for protecting the spinal cord, and when they are broken, the cord can be damaged, resulting in a loss of sensation and movement. In some cases, a broken neck can even be fatal.
