How does tennis elbow feel?
Tennis elbow is a condition that causes pain on the outside of the elbow. The pain may also spread down the forearm and into the wrist. It is typically caused by overuse of the muscles and tendons that attach to the elbow. Symptoms of tennis elbow can include:
* Pain when bending the elbow
* Pain when gripping objects
* Pain when lifting the arm
* Weakness in the arm or wrist
* Swelling or bruising on the outside of the elbow
In some cases, tennis elbow can also cause stiffness in the elbow joint.
