- Attachments: Originates from the long head of the scapula and short head of the coracoid process of the scapula. Inserts onto the radial tuberosity and bicipital aponeurosis.
- Innervation: Musculocutaneous nerve (C5-C7).
- Artery: Brachial artery.
- Function: Flexes the elbow and supinates the forearm (rotates the palm up).
