How do you know when conceive?
Ovulation Signs and Symptoms:
- Change in cervical mucus: Cervical mucus becomes clear and slippery, similar to egg whites, during the fertile window.
- Slight increase in basal body temperature (BBT): A slight rise in BBT can indicate ovulation.
- Ovulation pain or mittelschmerz: Some women experience mild abdominal pain on one side during ovulation.
- Breast tenderness: Breasts may feel tender or swollen before and during ovulation.
- Increased libido: Many women report an increase in sexual desire around ovulation.
- Mood changes: Some women experience mood swings or heightened emotions during the fertile window.
Ovulation usually occurs about 14 days before the start of the next period, so tracking these signs and symptoms can help you estimate your fertile window and increase your chances of conception.
