Can Transgender Women Give Birth? Understanding Biological Limitations
A man who has undergone sex reassignment surgery to become a woman, also known as a transgender woman, cannot give birth even if they have had the organs implanted. The process of giving birth involves complex biological and physiological processes that are specific to women who have female reproductive organs.
Even with advancements in medical technology, it is not possible for a transgender woman to have functional ovaries, uterus, and all the other necessary reproductive organs needed to carry and give birth to a child.
