Pre-ejaculation in Children: Understanding Development and Puberty

A 9 year old cannot pre-ejaculate. Pre-ejaculation is the release of a small amount of fluid from the penis prior to ejaculation. This fluid is produced by the prostate gland and seminal vesicles. It is not released until puberty, which typically occurs between the ages of 12 and 15 in boys. So, a 9 year old would not be able to produce this fluid.
