Pre-ejaculation in Children: Understanding Development and Puberty
A 9 year old cannot pre-ejaculate. Pre-ejaculation is the release of a small amount of fluid from the penis prior to ejaculation. This fluid is produced by the prostate gland and seminal vesicles.
