Why exactly does the body not attack HIV AIDS virus once it enters body?
This is not true; the body does attack the HIV AIDS virus once it enters the body. The immune system is designed to recognize and respond to foreign invaders, including viruses, and it does the same with HIV. The virus, however, has evolved mechanisms to evade and suppress the immune system's responses, allowing it to persist and cause chronic infection.HIV & AIDS - Related Articles
